Route trackings won't be available

Dear users, we are going to migrate route trackings within the database, therefore it may not be possible to display them or export them between December 3rd, 12:00 and December 17th, 23:59 CET. Thank you for your understanding.

Web improvements

Dear Users, more web improvements are on the way, so the web interface will be unavailable on Sunday, October 8, 2023, from 21:00 CEST. The outage will last for about an hour (the time may vary, see the Status page for more info). Please be prepared that it will not be possible to connect to the web interface at the time, however the TB Client won't be affected. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment gateway won't be available

Dear users, the payment gateway we use for our premium orders will not be available for a short period of time due to planned maintenance on August 15, 2023, some time between 00:00 and 06:00 CEST. It may not be possible to purchase premium during that time. Thank you for your understanding.

Our web server is currently experiencing an unknown issue. Our services may therefore be unavailable, however the Client server is still running, so you can continue delivering jobs. We apologize for any inconveniences.

IP Change

As a next wave of our server improvements we will be migrating to a new, more powerful web & mail server. Bear in mind that during this time we will be unreachable via email and the old webserver will be inacessible as well. Thank you for your understanding.
