Route trackings won't be available

Dear users, we are going to migrate route trackings within the database, therefore it may not be possible to display them or export them between December 3rd, 12:00 and December 17th, 23:59 CET. Thank you for your understanding.

Web improvements

Dear Users, more web improvements are on the way, so the web interface will be unavailable on Sunday, October 8, 2023, from 21:00 CEST. The outage will last for about an hour (the time may vary, see the Status page for more info). Please be prepared that it will not be possible to connect to the web interface at the time, however the TB Client won't be affected. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment gateway won't be available

Dear users, the payment gateway we use for our premium orders will not be available for a short period of time due to planned maintenance on August 15, 2023, some time between 00:00 and 06:00 CEST. It may not be possible to purchase premium during that time. Thank you for your understanding.

Trackings are back

The trackings should now be uploading again. Sorry for any inconveniences.

Trackings aren't uploading

Due to the recent software upgrade of our Client server, the trackings of your job deliveries aren't uploading to the server and therefore they are forever lost. We're trying to fix the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for any inconveniences.

Software upgrade

Dear Users, due to the software upgrade of our main client server, the server will be unavailable on the 10th of July from 10:00 CEST for about 1 hour. During this time client will run in offline mode and if you're running current version of TB Client your jobs will be uploaded automatically once the upgrade is complete. Keep in mind that this time around older client versions won't be able to upload jobs correctly, so upgrade is highly suggested. Thank you for your understanding.
