Web improvements

The outage will last for about an hour (the time may vary, see the Status page for more info). Database server migration

Dear users, we are going to migrate our database server within a planned maintenance on Thursday, February 16, 2023, some time between 18:30 and 23:30 CET. Please be prepared that it may not be possible to connect to the web interface and the Client may run in offline mode. Don't worry, your jobs will still be saved and uploaded once the server is back up. Thank you for your understanding.

Web server migration

Dear users, we are going to migrate our main web server within a planned maintenance on Monday, February 13, 2023, some time between 20:00 and 23:00 CET. Payment gateway won't be available

Dear users, the payment gateway we use for our premium orders will not be available for a short period of time due to planned maintenance on January 24, 2023, some time between 00:00 and 06:00 CET. It may not be possible to purchase premium during that time. Thank you for your understanding.

The web server is now available again, but for some time we must disable the general webhook.

Connectivity issues

We're currently experiencing some connectivity issues caused by our server provider, so our services may therefore be unavailable. You can continue delivering your jobs via Client, they will be uploaded automatically once the issue is resolved. We apologize for any inconveniences.

Database optimization

Dear Users, we are going to optimize our tracking database server storage, so our services will be partially unavailable on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, from 10:00 CEST. The outage will last for a few hours (but some intermittent outages might occur later). Keep in mind that client might run in offline mode during that time. Don't worry, your jobs will still be saved and uploaded once the server is back up. Thank you for your understanding.

Client server upgrade

Dear Users, we are going to migrate our client server, so our services will be unavailable on Monday, May 4, 2020, from 14:30 CEST. The outage will last for a few hours (most likely until 16:00 CEST, but some intermittent outages might occur as we optimize our configurations).
