Web improvements

The outage will last for several hours (the time may vary, see the Status page for more info). Please be prepared that it will not be possible to connect to the web interface at the time, however the TB Client won't be affected. Thank you for your understanding.

Route trackings won't be available

Dear users, we are going to migrate route trackings within the database, therefore it may not be possible to display them or export them between December 3rd, 12:00 and December 17th, 23:59 CET. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment gateway won't be available

Dear users, the payment gateway we use for our premium orders will not be available for a short period of time due to planned maintenance on August 15, 2023, some time between 00:00 and 06:00 CEST. It may not be possible to purchase premium during that time. Thank you for your understanding.

Software upgrade

Dear Users, due to the software upgrade of our main database server, the server will be unavailable on the 13th of May from 10:00 CEST for about 1-2 hours. During this time the web server will in maintenance mode and client will run in offline mode and your jobs will be uploaded automatically once the upgrade is complete.
