Past incidents

Client server upgrade

Dear Users, we are going to migrate our client server, so our services will be unavailable on Monday, May 4, 2020, from 14:30 CEST. The outage will last for a few hours (most likely until 16:00 CEST, but some intermittent outages might occur as we optimize our configurations). Keep in mind that client will run in offline mode during that time. Don't worry, your jobs will still be saved and uploaded once the server is back up. Thank you for your understanding.

Web improvements

The outage will last for a few hours (the time may vary, see the Status page for more info). Please be prepared that it will not be possible to connect to the web interface at the time, however Client won't be affected. Thank you for your understanding.

Servers responds correctly

After a few iterations it seems that the servers are stable now and everything is back in order. Thank you for your patience.

Incorrect server responds

Unfortunately we're currently experiencing another issue with the Client server. When you deliver a job, the Client will tell you that it was saved, however it was actually sent to the server, only without tracking. This will probably take a while, but we're trying to fix the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for any inconveniences.

And the trackings should now be uploading again. Sorry for any inconveniences.
