Issues with database server
We are currently experiencing some issues with our main database server. We are currently investigating and will keep you posted.
Data center maintenance
Dear users, the server provider we use will be performing network maintenance in their data center on August 16, 2021, from 4:00 to 08:00 CEST. The maintenance might cause one or more losses of all network connectivity for several minutes but no other disruptions are expected. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment gateway won't be available

Database server upgrade
Dear users, we are going to upgrade our main database server, so our services will be unavailable on Monday, August 2, 2021, from 9:00 CEST. The outage will likely last for about 1 to 2 hours, but the actual time might vary. Some intermittent outages might occur later as we optimize our configurations. Keep in mind you won't be able to use the web interface, and the client will run in offline mode during the maintenance. Don't worry, your jobs will still be saved and uploaded once the server is back up. Thank you for your understanding.
Complete server migration
Many of you have surely noticed there have been more outages of various parts of our server infrastructure in recent months. Most of them were caused by issues on the side of the server provider we have been using for a long time, and although we have always been reassured that they were working on a permanent fix, the issues continued all the time and the situations were repeating. So, we've been looking for a new cloud infrastructure provider for quite a while now. We recently managed to pick one up and we started planning for server migration earlier this month. Due to the length of the last outage we decided to speed up the migration, so, it will begin already on this Tuesday, July 13, 2021. We don't know exactly how long it will take, but be prepared that no TrucksBook sites and services may be available at least throughout the day. In any case, you will still be able to deliver orders via TB Client in offline mode, and if nothing goes wrong, they will be uploaded automatically as soon as everything is available again. If you have an active premium account on that day, it will be automatically extended by 3 days. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience.
