Web improvements

Dear Users, more web improvements are on the way, so the web interface will be unavailable on Sunday, December 12, 2021, from 20:00 CET. The outage will last for a few hours (the time may vary, see the Status page for more info). Please be prepared that it will not be possible to connect to the web interface at the time, however the TB Client won't be affected. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment gateway won't be available

Dear users, the payment gateway we use for our premium orders will not be available due to planned maintenance on December 8, 2021, from 04:45 to 05:30 CET. It may not be possible to purchase premium during that time. Thank you for your understanding.

Data center maintenance

Dear users, the server provider we use will be performing network maintenance in their data center on August 16, 2021, from 4:00 to 08:00 CEST. The maintenance might cause one or more losses of all network connectivity for several minutes but no other disruptions are expected. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment gateway won't be available

Dear users, the payment gateway we use for our premium orders will not be available due to planned maintenance on August 17, 2021, from 05:00 to 05:30 CEST. It won't be possible to purchase premium during that time. Thank you for your understanding.

Past incidents

Up and running!

Our provider resolved the problem and client server is now operational. We will continue to monitor for any unusual server activity due to this problem.

Major outage [provider]

Our service provider is currently experiencing major outage on the Open Nebula system, therefore client server is unreachable. We apologise for the inconvenience and will keep you updated.

Fixed!

The certificate has been regenerated and hopefully everything will work again.

Hardware upgrade

Dear Users, due to the HW upgrade of database server, the server will be unavailable today from 10:30 CET for about 10 to 30 minutes. Please be prepared that it will not be possible to connect to the web interface at the time and client will run in offline mode. Thank you for your understanding.

Certificate not renewed

We have problem with certificate renewal - the certificate was not renewed, therefore client couldn't connect securely to our servers. we are working on fixing the problem. Client will run in offline mode and send the jobs and tracking data when the server comes back online.
