Payment gateway won't be available

Dear users, the payment gateway we use for our premium orders will not be available due to planned maintenance on October 18, 2022, between 00:00 and 06:00 CEST. It may not be possible to purchase premium during that time. Thank you for your understanding.

The trackings should now be uploading again. Sorry for any inconveniences.

Trackings aren't uploading

Due to currently unknown reason the trackings of your job deliveries aren't uploading to the server and therefore they may be lost. We're trying to fix the issue as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for any inconveniences.

Migration problems

We are experiencing problems with our planned migration - especially slow data transfer. Hopefully everything should be running soon. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Database server upgrade

Dear Users, we are going to migrate our main database server, so our services will be unavailable on Monday, April 6, 2020, from 11:00 CEST. The outage will last for a few hours (most likely until 11:30 CEST, but some intermittent outages might occur as we optimize our configurations). You might not be able to use the web interface and client will be offline. Don't worry, your jobs will still be saved and uploaded once the server is back up. Thank you for your understanding.
