Planned maintenance

Complete server migration

Many of you have surely noticed there have been more outages of various parts of our server infrastructure in recent months. Most of them were caused by issues on the side of the server provider we have been using for a long time, and although we have always been reassured that they were working on a permanent fix, the issues continued all the time and the situations were repeating. So, we've been looking for a new cloud infrastructure provider for quite a while now. We recently managed to pick one up and we started planning for server migration earlier this month. Due to the length of the last outage we decided to speed up the migration, so, it will begin already on this Tuesday, July 13, 2021. We don't know exactly how long it will take, but be prepared that no TrucksBook sites and services may be available at least throughout the day. In any case, you will still be able to deliver orders via TB Client in offline mode, and if nothing goes wrong, they will be uploaded automatically as soon as everything is available again. If you have an active premium account on that day, it will be automatically extended by 3 days. Thank you for your understanding and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Payment gateway won't be available

Dear users, the payment gateway we use for our premium orders will not be available due to planned maintenance on June 15, 2021, from 00:00 to 06:00 CEST. It won't be possible to purchase premium during that time. Thank you for your understanding.

Database server upgrade

Dear users, we are going to upgrade our main database server, so our services will be unavailable on Wednesday, March 17, 2021, from 9:00 CET. The outage will likely last for about 1 to 2 hours, but the actual time might vary. Some intermittent outages might occur later as we optimize our configurations. Keep in mind you won't be able to use the web interface, and the client will run in offline mode during the maintenance. Don't worry, your jobs will still be saved and uploaded once the server is back up. Thank you for your understanding.

Web server upgrade

Dear users, we are finally going to upgrade our web server software, as the last attempt was not successful due to problems on the server provider side. Because of that our web app will be unavailable on Thursday, February 18, 2021, from 9:00 CET. The outage will likely last for a few hours - we hope functionality could be restored at around 13:00 CET, but the actual time might vary. Some intermittent outages might occur later as we optimize our configurations. Keep in mind you won't be able to use the web interface during the upgrade, but our client will work as usual. Hopefully this time everything will go as planned. Thank you for your understanding.

Web improvements

Dear Users, more web improvements are on the way, so the web interface will be unavailable on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, from 18:00 CET. The outage will last for a few hours (the time may vary, see the Status page for more info). Please be prepared that it will not be possible to connect to the web interface at the time, however Client won't be affected. Thank you for your understanding.

Past incidents

Major outage [provider]

Our service provider is currently experiencing major outage on the Open Nebula system, therefore client server is unreachable. We apologise for the inconvenience and will keep you updated.

Fixed!

The certificate has been regenerated and hopefully everything will work again.

Hardware upgrade

Dear Users, due to the HW upgrade of database server, the server will be unavailable today from 10:30 CET for about 10 to 30 minutes. Please be prepared that it will not be possible to connect to the web interface at the time and client will run in offline mode. Thank you for your understanding.

Certificate not renewed

We have problem with certificate renewal - the certificate was not renewed, therefore client couldn't connect securely to our servers. we are working on fixing the problem. Client will run in offline mode and send the jobs and tracking data when the server comes back online.

Software upgrade

Dear Users, due to the software upgrade of our database server, the server will be unavailable on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 14:00 CEST for about 2 hours (the time may vary). Please be prepared that it will not be possible to connect to the web interface at the time and your Client will run in offline mode. Thank you for your understanding.
